Quality 1st Contracting were called to the Casio America Inc. location to inspect voids int heir warehouse to be filled and slabs to be lifted.
Small holes were drilled into the slabs with special equipment to inject the PolyLEVEL foam underneath. PolyLEVEL was able to fill voids in the concrete that made it difficult for the machines to ride over as well.
All the safety hazards were removed and the company was able to continue working right after the project was completed.
Multinational electronics manufacturing company, Casio America, Inc. located in Dover, New Jersey decided to contact Quality 1stContracting when they noticed slabs that needed void filling within their warehouse. Quality 1st Contracting remedied the uneven slab problems with the use of the PolyLEVEL Injection System. To begin the repair, the team drilled a penny size hole into the sunken parts of the concrete slab. They then used specialized equipment to inject the polyurethane under the concrete and raise it back to its original position. With the use of the PolyLEVELTMsystem, Quality 1st Contracting was able to lift and stabilize the concrete slab(s). The PolyLEVELTM system was installed in less than 8 hours, with no mess left behind. The joints were sealed and the warehouse workers were able to walk and drive heavy machinery over the slabs just minutes after installation took place. This fast and easy installation process gave the electronics corporation peace of mind and no more safety hazards!
