PolyLevel Demonstration at MarketFair Mall

Quality 1^st Contracting provided a PolyLevel demonstration at the Marketfair Mall for MadisonMarquette- a private real estate investment manager, developer and operator service provider. The initial contact between the management and Quality 1^st began after the company realized there were trip hazards surrounding their establishment. Looking to keep their employees and customers safe, a representative of MadisonMarquette inquired about PolyLevel, our concrete lifting and leveling solution.

Solution

After learning more about the polyurethane foam that Quality 1^st uses to lift concrete, the representative wanted to see it work for himself. Our team headed out to meet with the management company to provide them with a complete PolyLevel installation demonstration- free of charge. As the team completed the work, the representative was able to see the concrete raise up within minutes. He was so impressed with the process that he scheduled a full assessment of the property and plans to remove all trip hazards with PolyLevel.

Loading dock for the Market Fair Mall has multiple sinking slabs creating many trip hazards where employees would load and unload material and products off the large trucks.

Our PolyLevel Team led by Concrete Repair Manager, Sha Chon Kasey, performed a live demonstration on how Quality 1st Contracting lifts and levels sinking concrete without replacing it.

Using special equipment, polyurethane foam known as PolyLevel, is injected into the sinking concrete, filling any voids underneath. The concrete slab then begins to raise and once the slab is back towards its desired level, the foam hardens to stabilize the slab and prevent future settlement.

Our crew then seals all joints with our JointSealant to prevent water erosion.

Loading dock is now completely level, the trip hazards are removed and just 15 minutes after completion the trucks can drive over the concrete.
