Meet our Newest Sales Executive Bill Neaton

Bill Neaton, our newest Sales Executive at Quality 1st Contracting is very well known in the community association industry. He is very knowledgeable and brings more than 25 years of experience to our firm and clients.

In the past he has owned several work titles in the field some of which include Construction Supervisor, Warranty Service Manager, Portfolio Manager and more. Some of his previous employers to name a few include F.W.H. Associates, E.W. Murray, C&R Realty.

With his past work experiences and having worked with developers and in the property management field we find him a great fit as our newest Sales Executive. At Quality 1st Contracting you can find Bill at a pre-construction meeting as well as writing and editing proposals for property managers. Bill states "I enjoy working closely with the various professionals within the Quality 1st Companies."

Bill currently resides with family in Freehold, NJ. He has attended Middlesex County College where he received his degree in Civil and Construction Engineering. On his spare time you can catch Bill watching sports, traveling and spending time with his loved ones.
