Kevin J. Francy

Kevin has been employed by Quality 1st Contracting for over 20 years and brings more than 30 years of experience in the home improvement industry. He is extremely knowledgeable and a true professional in the condo association field.

Some of his past work experiences include working as a senior supervisor for several companies running crews in the roofing and siding business. At Quality 1st some of Kevin's daily tasks include scheduling work for our foreman team and inspecting the jobs when completed. He is always ready to meet with his foreman and help them in any way that he can, whether it be material ordering or pick up, or just answering questions, he is always there. Kevin says "what I like most about my position at Quality 1st is that I get to see a job from proposal to completion." In his spare time he enjoys bowling, fishing, watching the NFL and spending time with family.
