Farrington Ridge Condos are located in Old Bridge, NJ. where they had some noticeable storm damage in 2012 due to Hurricane Sandy. Looking for someone to help with repairs they decided to contact Quality 1st Contracting.

The Surrey Downs Condo Association located in Freehold, NJ. was interested in having their pavers re-done after some damage occurred. They decided to contact Quality 1st Contracting and have our Senior Foreman Jose Castillo, get the job done.

The BriarGlen II Condominium Association was experiencing sunken slabs near a condo entrance up to about 1 inch. With the use of the PolyLEVEL System Quality 1st Contracting was able to lift the sunken and settled slab. The process took less than an hour, with absolutely no mud jacking involved. Penny sized holes were drilled into the sunken slab and with the specialized PolyLEVEL equipment the polyurethane injection lifted the concrete slab.

Surrey Downs community in Freehold, NJ had old, wood retaining walls that were beginning to deteriorate. Quality 1st Contracting Design Specialist Dori Novick proposed the solution of building new walls made with Allan Block, a durable block that will hold up to weather conditions. Quality 1st Contracting Foreman Santiago Torres and his crew demoed the existing walls on the entrance and exit to the community and constructed new Allan Block retaining walls. The new block wall is not only more estetically pleasing, but is also more durable.

Quality 1st Contracting was called in by Surrey Downs in Freehold, New Jersey to renovate their old Gate House. The structure that greeted residents and people of the community at the entrance had worn siding and roofing. Quality 1st Contracting Design Specialist, Dori Novick, proposed new siding and roofing to give the structure an updated look and additional protection against the elements.

Quality 1st Contracting Foreman, Tommy Orgorkowski and his crew were able to replace the siding, install brick, add a new roof and even topped it off with the community's weather vane! Now the community has a brand new Gate House at the entrance of their community to greet all visitors!
