Quality 1st Contracting Before & After Photos

Quality 1st Contracting was called out to Village Grande in Holmdel, NJ to replace concrete driveway aprons. The current driveway aprons were cracked and breaking near the Belgium block. Quality 1st Contracting Design Specialist worked with our Foreman, Santiago Torres, to address the broken concrete. The concrete driveway apron was replaced and the transition is smooth and looks great for the homeowner! 

The Wallace Ennace Warehouse in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey was in need of a makeover, so they contact Quality 1st Contracting! Our team upgraded the look by removing the deteriorating paint and used the joint sealant to repair any floor cracks.

With help from our Account Representative, Dori, Quality 1st Contracting raised the sidewalks leading up to multiple homes in the community located in Clifton, NJ 

Tripping hazards can cause a serious injury if a spill were to occur. Quality 1st Contracting work closely with the property manager of a Clifton, NJ Community to remove all tripping hazards near the entryway into each home. Using Polylevel every sinking slab was raised and permanently stabilized.  

Quality 1st Contracting was called in to repair a cracked curb at Brandywyne East located in Brielle, N.J. The curb had become cracked and worn, and was dangerous to walk on. After removing the old concrete, Quality 1st was able to put in a new curb, and fix the problem. Now the new curb looks great, and can function as it should.
