Quality 1st Contracting replaced almost 10 retaining walls in the Raintree Community located in Freehold, NJ. 

We removed that old retaining wall that was rotting and becoming an eye sore replace it with a beautiful stone retaining wall to bring curb appeal to the backyard. 

Quality 1st Contracting uses a Polyurethane foam known as PolyLevel that is injected underneath the slab to raise and level without replacement. This installation is clean and easy causing no disturbance to the surrounding areas. It is important to know that concrete sinks because the soil underneath is either too wet or too dry making it weak. It's never the slab but the soil holding the slab that is causing that settlement in the first place therefore replacing the concrete it not always a permanent solution. 

Wyndmoor called Quality 1st Contracting to repair the wall. The brick wall was put back together with proper waterproof paper, the correct amount of brick ties, and new bricks.

This new brick facade matches the existing brickwork at Wyndmoor and the residents are happy with the clean and professional workmanship when water infiltrated the brick facade at Wyndmoor at Woodbridge the entire wall collapsed. It was discovered that the original builder did not use enough brick ties to support the wall long term.

Our Quality 1st Contracting team was contacted by North Point Hollow to help reconstruct their dumpster enclosures due to continuous damage to the fence from the dumpsters. Quality 1st came in and added bollards to the back area of the enclosure to prevent fence damage. From there, our team poured a new 6” slab with reinforcement.
